Mr. Roth is the owner and principal engineer at RPS, forming the company in 2014 to provide exemplary engineering, design and project management to clients in all parts of Wisconsin. He has a strong background in project delivery across multiple engineering disciplines. Robert provides a wide range of expertise to client's, including storm water management, wastewater treatment, community water system design, structural engineering, dam inspections, zoning administration and commercial site design. Mr. Roth prides himself on representing his clients' best interests with focus and diligence.

Mr. Chuck Leet is a Senior Engineer for Roth Professional Solutions since 2017. Prior to that, his wide range of engineering and project management has taken him to the oil fields of Alaska's North Slope and Bearing Sea on the Aleutian Chain. His talents and accomplishments span over 30 years. Chuck has managed road construction and rehabilitation projects, overseen the planning/design/construction of numerous water and sewer projects, planned numerous fast food site developments, and platted dozens of residential subdivision projects. He has sat on landscape, planning & zoning, taskforce and adhoc committees. Chuck has accumulated extensive experience in contract management, including negotiation, administration and agreements.
